Pre-Contract

• Provide a 'take off' service from specifications and drawings provided by your Client
• Prepare detailed enquiries for your suppliers and sub-contractors and provide analysis on return
• Produce contract documentation for suppliers and subcontractors
• Review and negotiate the contract documents with the Client

During Contract

• Set up the required documentation and financial monitoring systems
• Set up and manage Cost and Value Reconciliations
• Prepare and evaluate additional works and contract variations.
• Produce re-measures of completed works
• Preparation of interim valuations
• Evaluate Sub-contractor interim valuations.
• Evaluate and agree Sub-contractor variations
• Prepare subcontractor payments
  

Contract completion

• Agree Subcontractors Final Accounts
• Preparation of the Final Account for submission to Client.
• Apply for release of retention
