Tenders

• Prepare Bill of Quantities from your specification and drawings
• Produce Tendering documentation and forward to carefully selected contractors / suppliers
• Analyse tenders and prepare a report for the Client.
• Prepare contract documentation
  

Accurate cost projection

• Link Bill of Quantity costs to the Project Programme giving an accurate projected cost over time report.
  

Valuations

• Prepare accounts at agreed, pre-set intervals, to accurately assess the amounts payable to the Main Contractor / Builder, Nominated and Direct Sub-contractors.
  

Variations

• Issue variation orders / change notices when required and negotiate / evaluate contractors quotations for additional works and variations
  

Final Account

• Assemble relevant data and records accumulated during the construction period to enable the agreement of Final Accounts with the Main Contractor / Builder and Nominated Sub-contractors.
